We are aware that the family institution, which is the basic building block of society, comes before all corporate values. We are aware that all leaders and generations that will shape the future are brought up in the family institution before social institutions such as schools and the environment.

Music concerts, various treats, facility tour, clown shows and congratulatory speeches were held in our dinner program, which was held within the scope of Mubaş Metal Traditional Staff Meetings, taking into account employee and family values, and in order to get acquainted and meet with the participation of approximately 250 people.
